Lead Frontend Engineer (Motion & Gamification Focus)
The Mission: Own our entire frontend architecture, gamify our UX, and make the platform super cool for artists to use.
The Vibe: No boring SaaS dashboards. Think Duolingo-level gamification—bouncy UI, satisfying micro-interactions, and rewarding progress loops. We want our Next.js web app and Expo mobile app to feel alive.
What You’ll Do: * Lead the Frontend: You own the Next.js and React Native (Expo) codebases. You will make the architectural decisions on state management, component structure, and tRPC integration.
- Gamify the UX: You aren’t just building forms; you are engineering dopamine-driven onboarding streaks, progress bars, and premium animations.
- Bridge Design & Code: Take raw concepts from Figma and turn them into pixel-perfect, highly performant code using Tailwind and Framer Motion.
- Collaborate: Work directly with our Backend Lead (Supabase/Node) to connect APIs safely, and lead our junior/mid frontend developers to ship fast.
Our Tech Stack (What you own): * Core: Next.js, React Native (Expo), React, tRPC.
- Styling & Motion: Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Reanimated.
Backend Hookups: Supabase, Stripe
