Job Overview
We are seeking an EU-licensed Doctor/Physician to join a remote Medical Team delivering digital dermatology care to patients in Germany. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing consultations, diagnosing skin conditions, prescribing personalised treatments, and ensuring clinical safety within structured digital pathways. This role requires legal eligibility to prescribe medicine in Germany, strong medical German proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a technology-driven environment. Dermatology experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as structured onboarding and clinical training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Review digital patient consultations, medical histories, and clinical images.
Diagnose and prescribe personalised dermatology treatments for patients based in Germany.
Work independently within agreed clinical pathways while escalating complex cases when appropriate.
Maintain high standards of prescribing governance, safety, and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with medical leadership and cross-functional teams to improve digital consultation workflows.
Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical pathways and digital dermatology processes.
Requirements
Valid EU medical licence that legally qualifies you to prescribe medicine in Germany.
Licence recognised for cross-border medical practice within Germany.
Fluent German – minimum B2 General and C1 Medical Level (with certification).
Fluent English for internal communication.
Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in dermatology (not mandatory).
Experience working within digital healthcare platforms.
Strong written communication skills in German for patient-facing documentation.
Comfortable managing patients remotely and digitally.
Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments.
