For over 15 years, I built and led teams for major corporations like Raiffeisen Bank.
During that time, I saw firsthand how much time and money were wasted searching for talent in oversaturated markets. Meanwhile, I knew my home country, Kosovo, was full of brilliant, driven professionals — people with exceptional skills but limited access to global opportunities.
That realization led me to create Fluxa.dev — a bridge between world-class companies and the untapped talent I’ve known my whole life.
