She holds a PhD in Innovation and Management from the University of Bologna, Italy, where she deepened her expertise in innovation, strategic leadership, and project management. Albulena has successfully led complex, distributed teams to achieve outstanding results.
This unique blend of practical experience and academic insight empowered her to found and expand DARN Group, now a thriving enterprise across Kosovo. She brings this wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Founder and CEO of Fluxa.dev, where she continues to lead with vision and innovation.
