For 15 years, I built teams for major corporations such as Raiffeisen Bank. I saw first hand how much time and money was wasted searching for talent in oversaturated markets. At the same time, I knew my home country, Kosovo, was filled with brilliant, driven professionals who lacked access to global opportunities. I created Fluxa.dev to bridge that gap - to connect world-class companies like yours with the exceptional, undiscovered talent I've known my whole life.
